Shipping Destinations

Audio Unbound ships to all locations within South Africa. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Providers

We partner with Shiprazor to ensure reliable and timely delivery of all orders.

We utilise Shiprazor, a leading logistics aggregator, to streamline our shipping processes. Shiprazor connects us with a network of reliable courier partners, allowing us to compare rates and select the most cost-effective and efficient delivery options for our customers. Through their platform, we can provide real-time tracking updates and ensure timely deliveries.

Please note that once a shipment is dispatched, it is subject to the terms and conditions of the selected courier service. While we coordinate shipments via Shiprazor, any issues related to delivery should be addressed directly with the respective courier.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Orders over R750 qualify for free shipping, regardless of the location.
  • Flat-Rate Shipping: For orders under R750, a flat shipping fee of R75 applies.
  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day.
  • Depending on warehouse activity, some orders may be placed, packed, and dispatched on the same day.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information and a waybill number via email.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery typically occurs within 2-3 business days after dispatch.
  • Express shipping is only available for orders dispatched from Cape Town. 

Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be sent to you once your order is shipped.
  • You can monitor your shipment using the waybill number through Shiprazor tracking system

Delays or Issues with Delivery

If your order is delayed or you encounter any issues, please contact the Courier in charge of your shipment directly with your waybill number for assistance.
If further help is required, feel free to contact us directly. Our team is always ready to assist.

Returns and Exchanges Related to Shipping

  • If you wish to exchange a product variant, the return shipping fee will be your responsibility.
  • For incorrect or defective items, we will cover all shipping costs for the return or replacement.

Packaging

All orders are carefully packed to ensure they arrive safely. Once packaged, they are securely handed over to a Shiprazor partner for delivery.

Remote Areas

Our flat shipping rate of R75 applies to all areas, including remote locations.

Holiday Shipping

We aim to process and dispatch orders quickly, even during peak holiday seasons. However, slight delays may occur during these times.
